Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and put the flesh in a small bowl.
Add the lime juice, salt and pepper. With a fork, mash the ingredients.
Cut the bread in 8 slices and place in the oven, on broil, for 5 to 8 minutes (optional).
Spread the mixture over the toast.
Garnish with tomatoes and basil.
Adjust the salt and pepper seasoning.
Pour a small drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.
