Vegan charcuterie board

Ingredients

Chickpeas hummus;

  • 220 g chickpeas
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 40 ml water
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin and generous pinch of himalayan salt or to taste

Beetroot hummus;

  • 220 g chickpeas
  • 100 g cooked beetroot
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 40 ml water
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin and generous pinch of himalayan salt or to taste

Olive hummus;

  • 220 g chickpeas
  • 100 g olives
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 40 ml water
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin and generous pinch of himalayan salt or to taste

Additionally;

  • Red yellow and green paprika;
  • 1 cucumber sliced;
  • 500 g red grapes;
  • 200 g almonds;
  • 150 g sliced baguette;
  • 200 g roasted chickpeas;
  • 200 g olives.

Instructions

  • To stack the Vegan charcuterie board, prepare three types of hummus, vegetables, fruits, nuts, baguette and pastries.
  • To prepare the traditional hummus, add chickpeas, tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and blend everything. Pour the hummus into a bowl.
  • To prepare the olive hummus, use the traditional hummus as a base, add the olives and blend in a blender.
  • Also, to prepare beetroot hummus, use traditional hummus as a base, add the beetroot and blend everything again.
  • Serve the hummus in bowls or jars.
  • Chop the yellow, green and red paprika into sticks and the cucumber into rings. Cut slices of baguette and rustic pastry.
  • Also prepare almonds, red grapes, olives, roasted chickpeas, as well as small flowers for decoration.
  • Arrange a vegan charcuterie board full of colors and flavors that match perfectly.
