Zucchini & herb cheese pizza

But maybe you want to avoid fast food or simply want to eat home-made food more – look no further!
This simple, yet rich pizza recipe will blow all the takeaways out the water. Easy, healthy, delicious.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 ml vegetable oil

Filling:

  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 150 g herb cheese
  • Optional: Sesame & garlic

Instructions

  • To prepare the dough, pour water into a bowl and add the yeast. Leave the yeast to stand for 5 minutes, then add flour and salt. Knead a fine dough. Leave the dough to stand for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough in a circle. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roll.
  • Prepare a sauce for coating the dough in tomato sauce, oregano and garlic powder (optional).
  • Coat the dough with the sauce. Arrange the zucchini and onion rings, then sprinkle some more sauce over the vegetables.
  • Bake the pizza at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take the pizza out and sprinkle with grated vegetable cheese, oregano and sesame seeds and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve the juicy and delicious pizza.
