The classic topper for a classic bagel (a delight that’s often vegan to begin with) is a nice spread of cream cheese and you have plenty of options to go with.

You can pick up vegan cream cheese in the store or make your own from things like soy yogurt or cashews.
Also, you need cream cheese for jalapeno poppers…can’t forget those.
