Veggie burgers are low-key amazing. Taste sensations that are a stellar swap for the meat or chicken eater.
Scratch that, these can be downright better than standard burgers or grilled chicken. Way more complexity in the flavours.
Also the name of our next album, soy-based alternatives like tofu and tempeh are grand and seitan will give you the texture you’re after. All 3 are very neutral in taste so you can season to your heart’s content.
