Mango Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup roughly chopped mango pieces can be frozen
  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high-speed for 1 minute, or until completely smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
