Heat a large pot over medium heat and pour in olive oil.
Add in garlic, potato and pumpkin. Season with spices, salt and pepper.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly golden.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Boil the vegetables for 15 minutes until soft.
Turn the heat off. Set aside half of the boiled water and blend the vegetables with the remaining liquid. If needed, add in more water and blend again.
Serve with coconut milk, flax seeds and hemp seeds
